If you have Smart Phone and Mask (for it)
simple yet very effective hack is to
use tape to glue mask from within and out to some surface
(above your forehead or in position of your eyes. Do whatever suits you the best)
to feel free from bending your neck).
Don't over strain.
Ergonomics play big role in this.
Your physiology is priority Number One (No. 1).
You really DO NOT want stiffness in your neck and back.
Trust me, I learned this the hard way.
Plus you are hands free.
