I've covered some basic small parts of it.
Now you can enter your array of arrays ( delimiters are newline for each latin letter in alphabet (respectively) and space for each character(s) ) for 1337 speak.
You can download and/or create your own list and upload it.

Android on upload doesn't take text files in consideration
Maybe there's work around...rename ext to image format and upload it?
Looks like renaming extend to jpg and uploading it as such works on Android.
There is another way as well...hint: documents
